Through their near-shore contract manufacturing concept, Nova/Link enables clients to relocate manufacturing operations to Mexico without investing significant financial or human resources. Nova/Link provides its near-shore contract manufacturing services for large, blue-chip corporations with brand name labels as well as to small to medium-sized companies that have limited financial and human resources to effect a near-shore or offshore manufacturing platform. Nova/Link provides a best-in-class environment for client and employees. Nova/Link’s facilities are first class and have been approved for ISO , TS, UL, and QS, as well as being qualified for service by Wal-Mart, Disney, Nike, JC Penny's. Nova/Link’s manufacturing facilities are located in Matamoros (400,000 sq. ft.) and Reynosa (60,000 sq. ft.), Mexico. Additionally, Nova/Link leases a distribution center (60,000 sq. ft.) in Brownsville, Texas. The distribution facility is located under 20 miles from the manufacturing facilities in Matamoros. The distribution center transfers approximately 16 truckloads to 200 locations across the U.S. and abroad. Nova/Link employs approximately 4,000 employees.
